IC Design Experience:

  • Designed a WLAN 802.11 a/b/g tri-band Power Amplifier in CMOS 0.18u for ECE 6420.
  • Designed an UWB LNA (3-7 GHz) as a part of a UWB receiver design in CMOS 0.18um for ECE 6420.
  • Designed a triple cascode Op-amp (using folded cascode configuration) for ECE 4430.
  • Designed a Power Amplifier (1.9 GHz) using discrete components in PCB on FR-4 substrate.
  • Designed an UWB LNA (3.1-10.6 GHz) using Distributed Amplifier (DA) in CMOS 0.18um in IIT Kharagpur.
